Accommodation & Living Areas:
The house is composed of 3 bedrooms (two with queen-size beds, one twin), 1 family bathroom and two en-suites (all with shower and toilet), to sleep up to 6 comfortably. There is air conditioning in two of the bedrooms and a fan in the picturesque “trullo” bedroom, which remains cool throughout the summer. Central heating is also available for low season rentals
There’s a modern kitchen with fridge, gas oven and microwave; plus a large freezer and a washing machine for guest use within an outside utility room.
The cool and spacious open plan lounge/dining room features comfortable furnishings and a long table that’s ideal for family dining. There's a wide screen satellite television (with DVD player), and we also provide a selection of family DVD's, books and games for your leisure.
Outside Space:
At the front of the villa is a spacious covered veranda with table and benches for dining and relaxing. There’s a stone built BBQ and an outside dining area surrounded by Bougainvillea and Jasmine plants. A roof terrace with distant sea views is reached via stone steps.
Large Private Swimming Pool:
One of the highlights is a large and fully fenced and paved swimming pool 14m x 7m with diving board and lights. The pool and terraces are illuminated for evening relaxing and swimming. There’s plenty of paved sun terrace around the pool for secluded sunbathing and relaxing, with sun umbrellas and loungers provided.
